At this current time we offer trampoline classes after school and a fitness class for those of you who want to find a fun way to get into shape or to just have some fun!
We are hoping to start up a JR jumpers class very soon to run at the same time as our Fitness classes to make it easier for parents to join in on all the jump crazy fun

Jump fit classes cost $15 per session (Minimum numbers required to run class)
Trampoline coaching costs $23 per session for term payment
Casual coaching costs $27 per session (pay as you go)
The minimum group size for a school booking is 15 students, if you have 10 – 14 students then you will need to book this as a group booking. If you are still unsure about which option is the most suited to you feel free to give us a ring on: +61 3 5941 9067
We are more than happy to allow students to have their lunch at our facility, you can use the café area or have one of our designated party rooms set up with our larger tables to give you the space needed whilst making it easy to manage your group in one place.

Not all trampoline socks have the same grip qualities.
Our industry standard policy only allows jump crazy brand authorised socks that must be worn by all participants to enter the Jump Deck
Our strict child safety & Supervision policies Only allows participants with the correct session band, Jump Crazy Brand socks and has signed a consent form either online or in the centre are allowed through the gate.
We lower our prices for ‘off peak’ times during regular school days
We also offer family discounts for 2 Adults and 2 children or 1 Adult and 3 children
If you are here just to watch your children (from the Viewing deck upstairs) you are not required to pay, if you decide you would like to participate in the fun jumping activities you are required to pay a general admission before entering through the gate onto the jump deck
Yes, if you are still wearing the previous hour band on your wrist we will still reward you with the Almost 20% discount for a second hour of jumping
Anyone can jump from young children to adults under 120kg, however for safety reasons children must be 3 years or older to jump on their own. This does not apply if the child is supervised by a paying parent.
Jump Sessions are run every hour and the half hour during our opening times.

To ensure you don’t miss out on the session you want, we recommend to book online. Weekends and holidays can sell out in advance and walk-ins may miss out if a session is full.
All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
We suggest coming at least 15 minutes prior to your session start time to get your wrist band & sign your consent form and make the most of your jump time. If you’re late, we’ll get you on the trampolines as soon as possible but your session will still finish at the scheduled time.
Safety is the number one priority. We want everyone to have fun and jump in a safe environment. All our sessions are supervised by trained Jump Crazy staff.
We also have some simple rules for you to follow to allow everyone to experience a safe environment.

We have a minimum payment of 10 children, if only 8 children show you are still required to pay the minimum amount but your party will still be run by one of our fun party hosts
For catering and staff rostering reasons we do not allow you to pay the balance of your party on the day of the party, a confirmation of numbers and any outstanding payments are due no later than 7 days before the date of your party
If extra children show up on the day of the party that have not yet been payed for then you must notify us as soon as possible so we can arrange extra party bands, socks and food
You can ring the centre, we are able to process credit/debit cards over the phone
We only allow BYO cakes into our centre. Our rooms are decorated and ‘party-ready’. If you have a child who has specific needs please contact the centre.
No, we don’t reserve tables in the café, our customers are usually only here for one hour
You can pay at the upstairs reception for a general jump session.
